Your landlord uses LandlordHQ to manage rent. Follow these steps to connect your account so you can receive reminders and send payment proofs directly on Telegram.

How to link your Telegram account

Get Your Link Code from Your Landlord
Your landlord will give you a short link code — a few letters and numbers unique to your unit. Ask them for it before proceeding. It looks something like this:

This code is tied to your unit. Don't share it with other tenants.

Open Telegram and Find the Bot
Open the Telegram app on your phone or computer. In the search bar, search for the LandlordHQ bot name that your landlord provided. Tap on it to open the chat.
Search for @landlord_hq_bot on Telegram to get started.

Start the Bot
Tap the Start button or type /start and send it. The bot will introduce itself and ask how it can help.

Send Your Link Code
Type /link followed by a space and your code, then send it. Replace XK9M2P with the actual code your landlord gave you.

If you ever need help, just message the bot or contact your landlord directly.

Having Trouble Linking?

Double-check your link code with your landlord and make sure you're messaging the right bot. If the issue persists, ask your landlord to reset your link code.
